Quite spacious (indoor and outdoor sitting) and various food items to choose from. Generally a good place for a quick coffee grab with friends etc.

This was my very first experience visiting a Starbucks. I was very impressed. From the wide selection of drinks, to the relaxed atmosphere and professional staff, it all added up to a great outing. The drinks were a bit pricey but everything else made up for having to pay more. Definitely a stop next time I'm in Johannesburg.

This Starbucks Reserve is a special type of Starbucks that offers coffee experiences of various kinds. The service is excellent and friendly. The menu for drinks and coffees is vast, experimental, and inspiring. I loved my time here where I sat for a while writing and enjoying my Americano coffee. My wife got the Pumpkin spice latte Frappuccino, which was nice but a bit spicy for her taste.

I'm always bowled over by the amazing energy of the staff. It's something to behold. If you're a student of great service. Do yourself a solid, and enroll at the Starbucks Rosebank University! Jokes aside, many businesses can learn a lot from them, especially those in the service industry. As for the prices, yeah, they're quite pricey. Think of it as mostly paying for the service, as some of their coffee tastes awful. Luckily they have a wide variety, so you're bound to eventually find the one you enjoy, if you're patient enough to keep visiting them. Everything they sell is of the utmost quality. From coffee to cakes.

What a wonderful store to visit. Amanda is an absolute Gem, she has the friendliest smile and is such a sweet, helpful person. I had the privilege of meeting her 2 years ago when she worked at another branch and she was just as friendly, caring and attentive. She remembers customers by name, she remembers their orders from previous visits, makes really great suggestions and shows alot of interest in the wellbeing of each and every customer. The other staff members are also very attentive, helpful, friendly and full of smiles. They are an amazing team that give this Starbucks a sterling reputation. The store is neat, clean and has a buzzing atmosphere. My hot chocolate was delicious!

This is my Number 1 Starbucks in all of Gauteng,the service is excellent and the atmosphere just feels warms and welcoming the place is clean and convenient and the staff is friendly tooI highly recommend
